EPC Assessments

Energy Performance Certificates

Professional domestic EPC assessments across Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire, lodged with the national register within 48 hours. No VAT is added to any of these prices.

Property Complexity Supplement: A £10 supplement is added to properties with a habitable room in the roof or attic room, as these take additional time to measure and calculate.

Payment needs to be made after the assessment at which point I can discuss the rating and lodge the EPC. I won't lodge the EPC until requested and I'm happy to advise on any possible retrofit work that could improve the rating.
